OK, but laborious

It needs to be able to traverse a folder for all repositories in sub folders so that setting up a new machine with clones is quick and easy. It also fails to get files for clone attemps, but gives no error. I want to know why my clones are empty. I used trial and error to resolve, but now my repositories have moved and it won’t clone them; pretends to, but no files and no errors.
